Returns
As an Alicia&Co customer you can return your ordered item/items within 14 days from receipt of order. Returned items must be unused and in original undamaged packaging. Alicia&Co do not cover return shipping cost. Items are returned at own risk, we recommend you to use a track and trace service and pack the items in the transport packaging you received your order in.

Refunds of received and approved returns will be made within 30 days. If we cannot accept your return for any reason, we will notify you via e-mail.
Notice of Defects
If you received a defect product you are welcome to contact our customer service team via email, hello@alicia-co.com. To ensure we can process your claim as quickly as possible, please attach a clear image/video in which we can see the defect you have discovered, as well as your order number.
